Our investment in this project supports the restoration and enhancement of an area of native woodland. Over 27,700 trees have been planted at this particular site. All project partners combined have helped plant over 7 million trees throughout the UK in woodlands that are independently audited and validated under the Woodland Carbon Code. In addition to capturing CO2, the creation and restoration of these woodlands deliver tangible benefits for wildlife diversity, flood mitigation, water quality, and community recreation.
